Please be aware:
- This is NOT a registration process and does not require any payment.
- You NEED to complete the form as this is the basis of the club entering teams and divsions. The sooner we receive responses, the more likely we will be able to field a team you want to play in.
- Player registration fees will be announced early September.
- Once you have completed the form remember to ordering your Balmain Water Polo merchandise ahead of the season.
