Register for the the Summer 2021/22 Season
[updated 14 October 2021]
Welcome to the new Season
2020/21 summer was a success despite COVID-19. Unfortunately Winter 2021 was disrupted. But with pools now opening, especially Dawn Fraser, the season can start again, albeit a couple of weeks later than normal. As part of the WPNSW COVID-19 safety plan, all players in seniors, U18 and club officials will need to be fully vaccinated to participate.
The home and hub of the club – Dawn Fraser Pool – has re-opened after a lengthy remediation program. Training at least once a week will be at Dawn Fraser, with other pools like Leichhart and Auburn also being used.
We thank Amela Ryan as our a junior development co-ordinator over the last two years. We welcome Lorenzo Uda, our Junior development officer, who last year coached the L16's. In 2021/22 Lorenzo will be working with all of the junior teams and coaches to develop the foundation skills across all juniors. We anticipate it will strengthen our junior program build on the clubs great results.
Finally we need volunteers. With Dawn Fraser open, the Club BBQ will be back on, where teams will be coordinated to help. But the club needs more than that, with a number of unfilled positions. If you are willing to be involved please email I can help as it will improve how the club runs.
