Arrive at 5:30pm for 5:40pm start, concludes at 8:30pm, and includes: 

• BBQ dinner on arrival
• 6pm - presentation
• 6:30pm  Movie starts
• Parents gathering - bar open, adult refreshment at bargain prices

• BYO pillow, blanket, sleeping bag, bean bag - whatever makes you comfy
