Call for Club Volunteers at the Dawny to Cockatoo Swim

Dear Club Members, 

On 18 November 2018 UTS Balmain Water Polo Club is hosting its annual Dawny to Cockatoo Island Swim.

As this event is a major fundraiser for the club, we would love for as many club members and parents to get involved as possible. Please let us know by Sunday 11 November 2018 how you can help.

If all managers and coaches could encourage as many of the players in their team to swim that would be fantastic.

Each team needs to provide more than one representative to volunteer on the day to provide assistance to our organising team. Please complete this online form ASAP so we can allocate roles. These could include working in the registration area, time keeping, water safety or providing general assistance.
 
If anyone has access to a water craft (stand up paddle board, kayak, canoe, boat, etc.) on the day that would be much appreciated as we want to keep our swimmers as safe as possible. Please let us know prior, so arrangements can be made.  
 
The club will also be hosting a Cake Stall on the day and would loved any baked goods to sell on the day. If managers could inform their team about making a cake donation for the event that be greatly valued.
